Bruce worked 15 years at Boston Consulting Group as a recruiter.  During his BCG employment, Bruce was involved in the hiring decisions for undergrads, masters degree students, MBAs, Advanced Degree candidates, and experienced hires.  He saw thousands and thousands of applications, resumes, and cover letters during that time. Currently, Bruce works as a recruiter coach for My Consulting Offer, which has allowed him to continue to help future consultants get into BCG, and expand his reach to help candidates get into McKinsey, Bain, Big Four, Tier 2, and boutique consulting firms.  In his free time, Bruce enjoys traveling, mostly to Hawaii and Japan, and has written and illustrated eight children's books and is currently working on his ninth.
